Things You Should Know

1.) You can toggle the “Assets by Category” grid to display data based on asset score or asset age as well as dollars or count of assets

The “Score” refers to: The risk score associated with an asset(s). This score is based on a proprietary algorithm developed by HANDLE which includes many aspects but some key ones to point out include:

(1) Proximity to the expected end of life

(2) Equipment age

(3) Risk level by device classification (e.g., life-support equipment, diagnostic device)

(4) American Hospital Association guidelines for useful life

(5) Equipment lifetime maintenance cost

The "Age" refers to: the asset's age compared to its AHA lifespan or your organization's custom category lifespan. Lifespan and useful life can be changed in your account settings.

2.) You can click into all modules in Fleet Analytics to dive into the specific asset details in that specific data-set.

3.) Fleet Analytics is entirely customizable based on user permissions including limitations data visibility based on:

• Service Line
• Location/Facility
• Category
• Cost Center
