Fleet Analytics Overview

Fleet Analytics currently functions as the user's homepage in CCM and is the aggregated view of their organizations fleet (in accordance with this user's specific permissions and access)

Fleet Analytics reporting modules are filterable by asset status (Good, Plan to Replace, and Replace) include:

• Total Assets: The total count of all assets after selected filters are applied. This number might vary from what a customer provides due to assets being listed as “non–fleet” or unusable data.
• Average Age: The average age of all of the filtered fleet assets
• Replacement Cost: The total cost to replace all filtered assets. This is calculated currently by aggregating all previous purchase prices and any additional price information HANDLE has.
• Assets by Category: A breakdown of filtered assets by age or score. This control also includes the ability to drill down into subcategories nested within a parent category to see more granular details.
• Highest Risk: A list view of categories with the highest quantity of assets and dollar value of risk.
• Manufacturer Breakdown: A pie chart showing asset quantities for your highest volume manufacturers. This is an excellent tool to utilize when investigating standardization or strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Model Breakdown: A pie chart showing asset quantities for your highest volume asset models. This is an excellent tool to utilize when investigating standardization or strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Assets by Facility: The total count of assets currently listed for each facility or “location”
