Creating a new capital request in Request Hub is as simple as a few clicks.
First, click the "Create Request" button in the top right.
From there, simply enter in your request details and click "Save."
A list of field definitions is below:
- Request Name: The internal name of this request
- Category: A dropdown field which determines the product category of the items in this request
- Service Line: A dropdown field which determines the specific service line associated with this request
- Facility: A dropdown field which determines the specific facility associated with this request
- Cost Center: A dropdown field which determines the specific cost center associated with this request
- Requested Start Date: The requested start date of this project
- Description: A description of this request for capital stakeholders
- Equipment Cost: Total cost of equipment in this request
- IT Cost: Total costs associated to IT in this request
- Construction Cost: Total costs associated to Construction in this request
- Other Costs: Other costs not previously accounted for associated to this request
- Total Costs: A calculated field displaying the total cost of this request
- ROI: A financial validation of the return on investment of this request
- Priority: a three-tier prioritization of this request
- Approvals Needed: Checkboxes indicating additional approvals required by various departments
- Attachments: Any supporting documentation associated to this request
