Bringing a Request Hub Request into a budget can be done two ways.
First would be during the asset selection screen, but for active budgets, you'll want to utilize our Order Hub to Request Hub linking workflow described to the right.
After adding a request to an order tied to an active budget, you'll then be able to see your new capital request as part of that active budget.
