Asset Disposition

There are multiple ways to dispose of an asset in CCM

The first way would be to simply remove it from your regular feed. This will give the asset a "Disposition Reason" of "Removed From Feed."

Another way to dispose of an asset would be to select the disposition method on an order after selecting the specific assets to be replaced

The final way to dispose of an asset is on your Budget Execution Screen. After navigating to Asset Disposition, you can easily select the asset and the disposition method.

Asset Disposition Descriptions: 

• List On Marketplace: This triggers a request to list this specific asset on the marketplace
• Recycle: Signifies that your organization has recycled this asset
• Trade Into OEM: Signifies that your organization has traded this asset into the vendor. HANDLE suggests providing a "Trade In Rate" so we can properly asses your trade in value and ensure your firm is maximizing your revenue opportunities
• Other: Signifies your organization disposed this asset for a reason not mentioned here
• Removed From Feed: Signifies that your data feed did not include this asset and we did not have an alternative disposition reason code provided to us
